·Previous experience in an inside sales capacity.
·Up-to-date knowledge of Freight Forwarding Ocean / Air, as well as Customs and other governmental departments’ regulations and experience in their application.
·Very good knowledge of different services offered by our company.
·Good communication skills, typing skills and telephone techniques.
·Working knowledge of computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.

As a member of our Sales team, the chosen candidate will be responsible to qualify sales leads daily by contacting potential customers and obtaining information as to their needs for services, business potential, as well as providing them information on FTN products and services either by telephone or written correspondence to new and existing customers. Provide Sales Director and staff various reports, inside sales reports and handle sales department related customer complaints and inquiries.
